What do I pay for?

Tokens. Every message in a conversation uses some, the visitor's and the assistant's. Your dashboard shows the cost after each message, and it comes off your balance.

What's a token?

A small piece of text, a few letters long. Longer messages use more of them. You don't have to count anything. Your dashboard shows the cost in dollars.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You top up when your balance gets low. If nobody chats, you pay nothing.

What does the $299 cover?

All of it goes to usage. Building your assistant is free. So are connections to your tools, within reason. For bigger custom work, we give you a quote first.

What happens when my balance runs low?

We warn you ahead of time. You can top up, or turn on auto top-up.

Does my balance expire?

No. It stays until you use it.

Do I need an AI account or an API key?

No. Everything runs on our side.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Turn the assistant off from your dashboard.

Will it work on my website?

If you can paste one line of code, yes. If you'd rather not, we add it for you.
